Refund policy

We want every kid to love their Boinglow. If something isn't right with your order, contact us and we'll work it out with you.

Damaged or faulty items

If your Boinglow arrives damaged or stops working, send us your order number and a photo or short video through the contact page. Customers who added the 30-Day Warranty are covered for a free fix or replacement during that period.

Lost or damaged in transit

Customers who added Shipping Protection are covered if the package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Digital add-ons

Shipping Protection, the 30-Day Warranty and the Mystery Box are digital items and don't ship separately.
